Privacy
Perth Academy collects only the personal information it needs to answer your questions, manage course registrations and keep you informed. This page explains what we collect on PerthAcademy.ca, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you express interest. Your name and email address, your phone number if you give it, the courses and workshops you’re interested in, any message you write, and whether you agreed to hear from us by email.
When you register for a course. Your name, email address, phone number, organization and role, and any accommodations or notes you share. Payment is by Interac e-Transfer from your own bank. This site never asks for card or banking details.
How you found us. When you send a form, it includes the website that sent you here (a search engine, for example), any campaign tags on the link you followed, and the first page you visited. Your browser keeps this note only while the tab is open. If you don’t send a form, it never leaves your browser.
Site visits. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, pages viewed and referring websites, along with general details such as country and device type. It does not use cookies, and it does not identify you or follow you to other websites.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, to manage registrations, to keep you informed about Perth Academy if you’ve agreed to hear from us, and to learn which websites and campaigns bring people to us. We do not sell or rent personal information.
